What ACIT does
ACIT is an Albanian think tank focused on economic governance and sustainability, working to improve the country's economic performance and competitiveness, increase employment, and promote exports.
Established in 2002 as a USAID initiative and registered as an independent non-profit in 2008, ACIT is the only Albanian think tank holding full membership of the Business Consultative Council.

History
Two decades of economic policy work
2002
Founded as a USAID initiative
ACIT is established in Tirana to strengthen Albania's trade and competitiveness capacity.
2008
Registered as an independent non-profit
ACIT becomes an independent Albanian non-profit think tank, and later the only Albanian think tank holding full membership of the Business Consultative Council.
