| This policy paper seeks to provide a functional review of the CSR landscape in Albania and introduce tools and mechanisms which could contribute to enhancing corporate social responsibility among Albanian enterprises. The paper analyzes the possible legislative amendments which will serve to provide for more room to introduce CSR standards into enterprises’ internal operations. This analysis is followed by recommendations on how to enhance CSR standards of state-owned companies.
