| This paper includes a general overview of the Community legal basis for concluding the association agreements in general and the differences between them. In this paper is explained briefly the legal framework for signing association agreement. It offers a detailed overview of the differences between the two processes (AP and SAP), and the main legal differences between the Europe Agreements and Stabilization and Association Agreements. The article is concluded with some important remarks. |
