| This paper analyzes the process of economic stability in Albania. The paper includes an overview of the stages that Albania’s economy has gone through the post-dictatorship period, including the Stabilisation-Association process. It is also focused on the assistance provided by donors and civil society as important factors for minimizing the development costs.
